How do I track my order?

Sign in to your account and open Order history, or use the tracking link in your dispatch email. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse you can follow it with the courier in real time.

What is your returns policy?

You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return unworn items in their original packaging. Returns are free when you use a Debenhams returns label or drop off in store.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery arrives within 3–5 working days. Next day delivery is available when you order before 9pm, Monday to Friday. Larger furniture items are booked in with you directly.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We can usually amend an order within one hour of it being placed. Contact live chat as soon as possible and we will do our best — if it has already been dispatched you can return it free of charge.

How do I use a gift card?

Enter your gift card number and PIN at the payment step of checkout. You can combine up to three gift cards per order and pay any remaining balance by card.
